If you’re trying to plan a bachelor party in Denver, you know how hard it is to finalize the group’s plans. Between coordinating flights, booking the Airbnb, and deciding who will be the designated driver, you’re probably swimming in logistics.
And then there’s the itinerary itself. Bachelor party weekends are packed with high-energy activities, but even the most enthusiastic group needs time to slow down between brewery tours, outdoor adventures, and nights out.
But that doesn’t mean you have to sit around doing nothing. Take your friends on a more low-key adventure with a trip to Oakwell Beer Spa. Our Garage Party package gives the groom and his closest pals a place to recharge while celebrating—complete with craft beer, therapeutic soaks, and a distinctly Denver atmosphere.
Learn how the Garage Party works, plus tips to help you make the most of your Denver bachelor party.

Not every activity needs to involve loud music or keg stands. The Garage Party at Oakwell is laid-back, but it’s far from boring. It’s no wonder guests visit to celebrate everything from birthdays and anniversaries to date nights and, yes, bachelor parties.
Your group can sample local Colorado craft beer, order gourmet snacks, and catch up while enjoying a private wellness circuit. It’s an especially welcome break after a late night downtown—or prepping for a big night out.
This isn’t a traditional spa where everyone disappears into separate treatment rooms. Oakwell connects private spa suites together so your group can move between treatments and relax together.
Although some men swear they aren’t spa people, Oakwell is different. Our beer spa is perfect for anyone who’s not a “spa person,” including amenities like:
There’s also an on-site taproom serving rotating craft beer, wine, cider, kombucha, and other nonalcoholic drinks. Guests 21 and older can bring their drinks into the private suites, too.
The great thing about Oakwell is that it’s a calm stop during an otherwise hectic bachelor party schedule. Arrive Friday, check into your hotel, and visit a few breweries. Plan an active Saturday morning, then head to Oakwell in the afternoon. Afterward, return to the hotel to change before dinner at a steakhouse and a night out.
Oakwell is also great for nursing sore muscles (and maybe a post-night-out headache). Save Oakwell for the morning or afternoon after the group’s biggest night. A warm bath and low-key sauna session may be exactly what everyone needs before returning home.

A Garage Party costs $450 for a group of up to four or $649 for a group of up to six at either Oakwell location. Prices are subject to change, so check our booking page for the most up-to-date pricing.
You can also make the reservation more festive with add-ons like:
So, what can you expect the first time you visit Oakwell?
You don’t need to pack a full gym bag to enjoy yourself at Oakwell, but a few things will help your experience go more smoothly.
Wear comfortable street clothes, pack a swimsuit if you want, and bring a valid ID if you plan to purchase alcohol. You may also want a change of clothes and a small bag for anything you’ll need before heading to your next activity.
Oakwell provides towels, robes, sandals, lockers, and shower products, so you don’t need to pack for an entire spa day.
It’s tempting to bring beer or snacks with your bachelor party, but that isn’t permitted. If you’re hungry or thirsty, visit the Oakwell taproom to sample craft drinks and gourmet snacks while you relax.
Your Garage Party reservation lasts 90 minutes, but plan to arrive well before the official start time. We tell most people to arrive 30 minutes before their reservation, but for a bachelor party, go with 45 minutes. It’s hard to transport a big group of people, and someone’s bound to show up late.
The good news is that you won’t be stuck twiddling your thumbs if you get here early. The group can check in, learn how the experience works, choose bath infusions, and order drinks in the taproom before entering the suites.
Once it’s time for your reservation, Oakwell will open the connecting door between two private spa suites. Each suite has an herbal bath, an infrared sauna, and a rain shower. With room for up to three guests per suite, the Garage Party can accommodate up to six people at either location.
There’s no order to using the treatments in your suite. You can rotate between the sauna, shower, and bath based on what feels best for your group. The baths begin draining 70 minutes after your scheduled start time, leaving you 20 minutes to shower and get dressed.

Ready to give Oakwell a try? The Garage Party requires advance reservations, so plan ahead to book at the location that works with your bachelor party plans.
Both Oakwell’s RiNo and Highlands Ranch locations can accommodate up to six Garage Party guests in two connected private suites. RiNo is especially convenient if you’re staying downtown, in LoDo, or near RiNo’s breweries and restaurants. Highlands Ranch is a good fit if your group is staying in South Denver or planning activities outside the downtown area.
When it comes to planning your bachelor party, the more the merrier! But don’t try to piece together multiple online reservations for a larger party. Contact Oakwell so our event team can coordinate multiple connected suites for your group at the same time.
We can accommodate groups of eight, but we also offer private-party options for larger celebrations. However, this depends on availability, so get in touch with us as soon as possible to reserve your desired date and time.

Oakwell is one of the most relaxing stops on any bachelor party itinerary, but it pairs well with other Denver activities, like:
A great bachelor party doesn’t have to be nonstop excitement. The Garage Party gives your group time to relax, share a few drinks, and celebrate the groom without going to another crowded bar.
If you’re planning a bachelor party for up to six people, book the Garage Party online. For seven or more, contact the Oakwell team to discuss private-party options.
A Garage Party can accommodate up to six guests in two connected private suites at either the RiNo or Highlands Ranch location. Each suite fits up to three people, but if you’re planning for seven or more, contact Oakwell to discuss a larger group booking.
That requires a little more planning, so contact Oakwell directly instead of booking online. We work with you to create the right suite arrangement for your group. This does require a lot of coordination to find available suites, so get in touch as soon as possible to secure the date and time you want.
Book as early as possible if you want a Saturday reservation, a specific time, or space for a larger group. Weekend appointments can fill quickly, especially during wedding season. Having as much advance notice as possible is also helpful if you’re booking for seven or more people and need to work with the Oakwell event team.
Absolutely. Drinking isn’t required to enjoy the Garage Party. Oakwell offers nonalcoholic options, including kombucha, NA beer, botanical spritzes, CBD sparkling water, and electrolyte drinks.
No. Outside food and beverages aren’t permitted. However, Oakwell’s taproom offers a rotating selection of local craft beer, wine, cider, and nonalcoholic drinks for purchase.
Both locations can host a Garage Party for up to six, so choose the one that works with the rest of your itinerary. RiNo is convenient for downtown Denver, LoDo, and RiNo plans; Highlands Ranch works well for groups spending time south of downtown. For seven or more guests, contact Oakwell about group options.
