If you have a leftover balance after your spa treatment, you can put this towards beverages in our taproom, including beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks. Of course, you can use another form of payment if your gift card only covers part of your experience.

After browsing our packages & pricing menu, you can book your spa day online. Choose your reservation type, including a Standard Beer Therapy Room access or Date Night Package, as well as our ADA-accessible options. Then, select your desired date and time.
When making an online booking, you'll need to provide your credit card information, even if you plan to pay with your spa gift card. Your credit card won't be charged at the time of booking but is used to hold the reservation and if we need to charge a cancellation fee.

When you arrive at Oakwell Beer Spa for your appointment, we'll walk you through the process.
When it's time to checkout, you'll need your gift card information handy – whether the plastic gift card you have in your wallet, or the e-gift card printed or saved to your mobile phone. Any gift cards should have 16-digit gift card number.
No need to worry if a different email was used or if another name is on the gift card. After you pay with your gift card, you can use a credit or debit card to pay for any outstanding balance. For health and safety purposes, we do not accept cash payments.
If you're happy with your service, our team does accept gratuities. If you choose to leave a tip, remember to tip on the total amount of your services, not just the amount left after your gift card.

Hands down one of the coolest experience that my husband and I have done together. It was so relaxing, we could have stayed all day! The charcuterie board, mimosas kit, zero gravity massage and hydrotherapy tub were some of our favorite parts, but I loved the table topics they had in the suite! Highly recommend scheduling a date there!
This is a must visit place. The experience from start to finish was incredible. All staff were extremely friendly, funny, and explained the process thoroughly. This is an incredible place to escape and relax without having to drive far away from the city. It felt like a little oasis and was awesome to have the tub session, sauna, and a shower in our private room. Absolutely amazing experience. This was a birthday gift for a private suite and 60 minute massage. Personally, I think the fact that the staff didn't rush us when we wanted to wait a bit after the spa suite to cool off before we got the massages was truly a piece of the experience that told me the staff was there to truly make sure our experience was amazing.
