Beer Therapy Room
The Beer Therapy Room is the highlight of Oakwell Beer Spa, which you can enjoy during your Infrared Sauna appointment.
This modern, luxurious room fits one to two people. Each room has an infrared sauna, rain shower, and beer bath hydrotherapy tub.
Start your Beer Therapy Circuit with a 20-minute infrared sauna session to sweat out toxins and open up your pores. This prepares your skin to soak up all the benefits of your beer bath blend of hops, malted barley, and herbs.
During your Beer Therapy Room session, the sauna and beer bath helps promote calmness, cleanses skin of bacteria and toxins, encourages healthy hair and skin, alleviates muscle and joint pain, and boosts digestion and metabolic rate.
To get the full wellness experience, you’ll spend 20 minutes detoxing in the sauna, get your blood flowing in a cold rain shower, then spend the rest of your time relaxing in your warm bubbly beer bath.
Taproom
The cozy taproom oasis at Oakwell Beer Spa offers various craft beverages from local Colorado producers, including beer, wine, kombucha, and non-alcoholic drinks.
We also host a tap takeover with a different Colorado brewery each month!

Sanitization
Our promise to all Oakwell Beer Spa guests is to provide a safe, clean and sanitized environment. We take pride in our strict cleaning procedures to ensure each visit feels like it’s the first time your Beer Therapy Room, including the sauna, has been used.
Timing between each Beer Therapy Room appointment allows our Spakeepers to disinfect and deep clean the space. Our ventilation system keeps air fresh and new for your session.

The 90-minute Couple's Retreat package is one of our guest favorite. Enjoy your own romantic spa suite decorated with rose petals, candles, and artisan chocolate bonbons. Your beer bath will start to drain 70-minutes after your appointment start time leaving you 20 minutes to shower, gather your belongings, dress and exit the room. Beverages are sold separately.
The 90-minute Oakwell Escape package is our guest favorite. Enjoy your own romantic private spa suite decorated with rose petals and candles. Graze on a bountiful charcuterie board that includes a curated assortment of cured meats, fine cheeses, fresh fruits, and olives. Savor a selection of artisan chocolate bonbons from a local chocolatier. Melt your stress away during a 30-minute Zero Gravity Massage experience. The Garage Party package offers a spa day for up to four people. We’ll merge two private spa suites via a connected door to create a larger space with two therapeutic herbal baths, two saunas, and two showers. Up to 4 people can detox in the two adjoining saunas, take a cold rain shower to keep your blood flowing, then enjoy the benefits of a bubbly beer infused therapeutic bath. Keep in mind that Oakwell Beer Spa isn’t a loud party spot but rather a calm space to unwind. My husband and I have been members of Oakwell in HR for a year now. The staff is always amazing and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy yourselves. And when something does go wrong, they will happily make it up to you! Always very clean, too.

Oakwell Beer Spa was an absolutely amazing experience from the moment they opened the front door for us! Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, and we never once felt rushed. The private Beer Therapy Room was perfect—from the infrared sauna and rainfall shower to the beer bath and custom shampoo and conditioner. Their drink menu includes both cocktails and nonalcoholic options, and I highly recommend the prickly pear electrolyte drink! The chef’s kiss was adding the 20-minute Zero Gravity Massage. I was completely relaxed and had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I went with a friend, and we laughed, relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. It was the perfect thing to do after flying into Denver, and I would absolutely do it again. Oakwell Beer Spa is truly one of those unique experiences you have to try for yourself. Now my goal is to convince someone to open one near me in Florida!

What a great place to celebrate our 40th anniversary! From walking in the door to waving goodnight, my wife and I were delighted by the pampering we received at Oakwell Beer Spa. With refreshments in hand we enjoyed time in our private sauna/tub and a massage in the zero-chairs. In the end, we left knowing we would be back for another visit.
I had some booking confusion online where my phone had said I initially made a reservation, but it turns out it never went through. 100% my fault for not checking my email and verifying it. I checked the next day with the staff, and they verified that I did not have one. I was really bummed as I was looking forward to this on my last day of vacation. The staff was super great and offered free massages and drinks to help make up for the confusion. I offered to pay for the massages/drinks and they said to not worry about it and they would be on the house as a gesture. The services we were provided were fantastic, however, we did end up paying for both the massages and drinks. I don't want to sound unappreciative as I was willing to pay for the services initially, but there seemed to be some confusion when we got there and it was a little disappointing to have had pay when we were told it was going to be on them. It is what it is. We still had a great time, and we will definitely be back once we come back again next summer. EDIT - They made it right when they didn't have to and shows how well run this place is. We will for sure be back next summer and will bring all our friends and family with us too.
Hey, just got back from our first visit to Oakwell! It was a (70th) birthday gift from my most excellent wife! We had recently heard of Oakwell, and it just sounded like a very cool concept. Very attentive staff, and they all really seemed to enjoy working working there. Cool decor, very relaxed, just awesome. As for the beer - I had the IPA, and my wife had the pilsner - both excellent. Next an infrared sauna, then the hot tub infused with various hops and herbs (no yeast - the tub does not contain beer, just the hops), relaxing and was also very nice on the skin. We had a nice charcuterie as well! This place is great. Next time you want a celebration, Oakwell would be a great option. They have a monthly membership too at a good rate, FYI.

My husband brought me here for our 5th year wedding anniversary. We've never experienced anything like this so we had no clue what to expect. Megan greeted us with the most pleasant positive attitude. Matt tended us to our room which was set up so beautifully. The staff is SO friendly the experience was amazing! We absolutely loved it. Great people, unique soak. Huge steel tub that fit me & my husband simultaneously (and we are kinda fat so it's a HUGE tub). 90 mins of room time, 70 of tub ... There's a sauna too. Shower pressure could use some work but otherwise fantastic experience.

How long do guests typically stay in the infrared sauna?
Session length can vary by guest comfort, but most people spend 15 to 20 minutes in the sauna and take breaks as needed within their 90-minute Private Spa Suite experience.
Are there any side effects of infrared saunas?
Since you sweat a lot and can get dehydrated, it’s common to feel lightheaded after a sauna session. You can alleviate this by drinking plenty of water before and after the sauna. It’s also important to rest your body after your session to entirely reap the benefits.
Can I bring a drink into the sauna?
For comfort and safety, we recommend enjoying beverages responsibly in the saunas as well as before and after your time in the sauna. There is also plenty of water available.
Are there age restrictions?
Guests must be 14+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Are there health considerations?
If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or other health issues, please consult your physician before using the infrared sauna or any heat-based experiences.
