Oakwell Beer Spa Highlands Ranch opened in April 2025 at 6660 Timberline Road, four years after Oakwell Beer Spa first opened in Downtown Denver. It was designed as a calmer, roomier take on the same idea: natural wood, deep green walls, stone finishes and private suites built for up to three guests.
Each suite has its own infrared sauna, rain shower and custom stainless steel hydrotherapy tub, prepared with your choice of beer bath or wine bath. The Zero Gravity Massage room sits under a fiber-optic starscape ceiling, and the self-pour taproom opens onto an outdoor patio where walk-ins are welcome for a drink, no spa booking needed.
We’re about three miles from Park Meadows and Sky Ridge in Lone Tree and about six from Centennial and the Denver Tech Center, so a spa day no longer means a drive into the city.
There is no menu of facials to decode. You book one thing, a private suite for 90 minutes, and everything inside it is reserved for you and your guests: infrared sauna, rain shower and hydrotherapy tub.
Most guests start in the infrared sauna, rinse off under the rain shower, then slide into the tub. Choose the Beer Bath, steeped with hops, barley and herbs, or the wine bath, a grape-botanical soak with rose petals and tulsi that smells more like a garden than a cellar. There is no alcohol in either one. Tell the front desk which you’d like at check-in and it’s ready when you walk in.
Add a Zero Gravity Massage before or after: 15 or 30 minutes in a reclining chair, fully clothed, with no therapist. Then pour a drink in the taproom or take it outside to the patio. Robes and slippers are provided for the walk between your suite and the taproom, and nobody will hurry you along.
Until 2025, a visit to Oakwell Beer Spa meant a drive to Downtown Denver. The Highlands Ranch spa brings the same experience to the south side of the metro area, with daily hours from 8 am.
We’re open every day from 8 am to 10:30 pm, so it works as a weekday morning to yourself, a soak after a long run on the High Line Canal or a hike at the Bluffs, or a date night that doesn’t involve I-25. Parking is free and right outside.
Coming from farther out? Castle Pines is about eight miles south, Parker about twelve to the east and Castle Rock about fifteen. C-470 and I-25 are both a few minutes away.
Suites With Room for a Third Guest
Every Highlands Ranch suite has room for up to three guests. Come with a partner, bring your sister and your mom, or come alone. Whoever you bring, the suite is yours for the full 90 minutes.
A Taproom Open to Everyone
You don’t need a spa booking to stop in. Pour by the ounce from a rotating wall of Colorado beer, wine, cider and kombucha, with zero-proof options too, and take it out to the patio. If you have half an hour to spare, book a Zero Gravity Massage on its own.

Check in 30 minutes before your suite time, pour a drink and find a seat in the taproom or out on the patio. We’ll come and get you when your suite is ready.
Beer bath or wine bath, same suite, same package. Tell the front desk which you’d like and it’s prepared before you walk in.
Every body and every gender is welcome. Bring a swimsuit if you like; we provide robes and slippers. Guests must be 14 or older, anyone under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, and alcohol is for ages 21 and up.
Members get monthly credits that roll over, upgrade pricing and member perks. Memberships work at both locations.

I don't often take the time to do reviews for businesses, but the staff at Oakwell was incredible and so deserving of being raved about! From start to finish I felt completely taken care. I wasn't sure what to expect when it comes to a beer spa, but they exceeded all my expectations! The environment is so clean, calm, and you can tell they have really thought through everything you could need/want while you are there. If you are in the Denver area I highly recommend visiting for some self care and relaxation.

We enjoyed trying different wine, ciders, and beers from the wall of beers and the prices for pours is super reasonable. We had an amazing time at the spa -- Meghan and Megan were both professional, kind, and calming themselves before we got into our little suite with the sauna, rain shower, and hot tub. The vibes were immaculate from entry and only got better with thorough service from the staff! Everything was literally perfect except I did the massage chair on a whim and cried the whole time because it was legitimately terrifying and painful -- let me be clear, I am the ONLY person in these reviews who has ever hated the massage chair. I'm autistic and I should have known that it would likely be a sensory nightmare for me or asked about an emergency stop, so that was on me, and many many many other people have looooooved the massage chairs, so only keep my review in mind if you're super sensitive like me! Oakwell Beer Spa was incredible and set us up for a lovely anniversary. Super impressed with their staff and facilities and would love to go back one day!

Drinks are poured by the ounce and priced at each tap, and a 20% gratuity is customary. No. Hops, barley and seasonal herbs go into the beer bath, and grape skin powder, rose petals, tulsi and oats into the wine bath, Rejuvenating Vino. Nothing is fermented, so the water has no alcohol and no yeast. Either bath comes with any package at the same price. Let the front desk know which you’d like when you check in.
A swimsuit if you like. Robes and slippers are provided in every suite for trips to the taproom or the restroom. Wear comfortable street clothes in the taproom and for the Zero Gravity Massage, where you stay fully clothed.
We offer the Zero Gravity Massage: 15 or 30 minutes in a reclining massage chair that works the whole body, fully clothed, with no therapist. Book it with your suite or walk in for a session on its own.
Yes. The taproom and patio are open to everyone with first-come seating, and spa guests have priority when we’re full. Pour Colorado beer, wine, cider, kombucha or a zero-proof drink by the ounce. Food is light: complimentary snacks and charcuterie boards to order, so plan a meal before or after.
Guests must be 14 or older, and anyone under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian. Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome in the suite. Alcohol is strictly for guests 21 and older with a valid ID.
Yes. In Highlands Ranch the Garage Party joins two suites for four to six guests. For a larger celebration, send us your date and headcount through the group packages page. Garage Parties need 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
