Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre is a 20-minute drive outside of Denver and well worth a visit. The atmosphere is stunning, with large red rock formations and mountain scenery. 

See a live show at the amphitheatre during your Denver girls' trip if you can. There's also Film on the Rocks and Yoga on the Rocks during summer.

Even if you don't attend an event, we recommend visiting the park and amphitheatre to explore and take pictures. Best of all, it’s free to visit Red Rocks if you aren't attending an event.

If you have an extra day to spare, we recommend driving about an hour outside Denver to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.

Garden of the Gods is a free public park and National Natural Landmark with gorgeous landscapes. The park offers stunning views of magical red rock formations, and you can walk around and explore via various hiking trails.

Plan to spend anywhere from an hour to a few hours at Garden of the Gods. You can also stop in Downtown Colorado Springs to eat, drink, and shop before or after your visit to the park.

Where to Stay for a Girls' Weekend in Denver

There are many places to stay for your Denver girls’ trip, including hotels and vacation rentals.
