There’s nothing like a little retreat with your squad. But what if you want to catch up with the girls without taking PTO? Or traveling out of Denver?
Oakwell Beer Spa is the perfect place to plan a women’s spa retreat for your closest friends. Two friends can share one private suite, or up to six people can spread out with the Garage Party.
Best of all, most people spend around 3 hours at Oakwell, so you’ll have plenty of time to catch up without taking time off from work or making a long drive.
A mountain getaway with the ladies sounds lovely. But between getting everyone to agree on dates, lodging, transportation, and splitting costs, you’ll need a vacation from your vacation.
And if your group chat is full of trips that never happen, you're not alone. A Talker Research survey found that 76% of group vacation plans never see the light of day. When real life gets in the way of your plans, it doesn’t mean you can’t see your friends. You just need a different approach.
If a women’s weekend retreat isn’t in the cards right now, plan an easy outing to Oakwell instead:
With locations in RiNo and Highlands Ranch, it’s easy to meet your friends at the beer spa, unwind, and let someone else do the work.

First, clear your calendar. Your private spa suite is available for 90 minutes, but most people spend three hours at Oakwell from start to finish. If your friends also want to get a meal, coffee, or drinks, factor that into your schedule, too.
Here’s what you can expect from your day retreat at Oakwell.
Everyone’s stretched thin these days, which is why Oakwell takes care of all the little details for you.
Pick a date for your mini retreat, choose your location and package, and have one person in your party reserve the appointment. Packages like the Couple’s Retreat include chocolate bonbons, rose petals, candlelight, and an optional celebration banner, while the Oakwell Escape includes charcuterie, two welcome drinks, and two zero-gravity massage experiences.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to sign consent forms, take a quick tour with your Beer Therapist, and sample craft drinks in the Oakwell taproom.
You’ll also sample our beer- and wine-infused herbal mixes and pick one for your group. If you booked a spa day for yourself and one friend, you’ll both share one soak. If you booked the Garage Party, you’ll have two soaking tubs and can pick two different infusions.
Don’t worry—if there’s one you haven’t tried yet, you can always come back!

Your 90-minute reservation includes a private spa suite with a warm herbal bath, infrared sauna, and rain shower. Robes and slippers are ready the moment you step into your suite, and the space is reserved for you and your friend or group.
You can warm up in the sauna, rinse off, and settle into the hydrotherapy tub. For the next 90 minutes or so, you and your friends can move between amenities however you see fit.
The bath starts draining 70 minutes after your appointment begins. That leaves the final 20 minutes of your reservation to shower, get dressed, and gather your belongings. Since the tub drains automatically, you don’t need to keep track of time—the room will gradually ease you back into the world.
You’re free to head home after your reservation, but why rush? Swing by the Oakwell taproom to sample our rotating menu of local craft beer, wine, kombucha, and non-alcoholic options.
Take your day retreat to the next level with a zero-gravity massage. This hands-free massage uses rollers and waves of compression to gently massage your entire body. Set in our peaceful Relaxation Lounge, the ambient music and twinkling lights will make you drift away in bliss.
The Oakwell Escape package includes two 30-minute zero-gravity massages, but you can also add them to your reservation during booking or on a first-come, first-served basis once you’re at the spa.

You and your friends have a lot to catch up on—but will anyone be in the suite with you during your reservation?
No, never. No therapist or staff member will remain in your suite during your reservation. It’s truly just you and your friends. The only reason someone would enter during your reservation is if you press the room service button for drink refills.

It depends on your headcount. Two friends can book any of Oakwell’s packages for two, while larger groups can share connected suites with the Garage Party.
Enjoy some quality time with your bestie with these packages designed for two people:
| Package | Price | What’s included? |
| Beer Therapy Ritual | $199 | The signature suite experience with a large soaking tub, infrared sauna, and rain shower. |
| Couple’s Retreat | $259 | Adds candles, rose petals, and artisan chocolate bonbons. |
| Oakwell Escape | $349 | Adds romantic decor, chocolate bonbons, charcuterie, two welcome drinks, and two 30-minute zero-gravity massage experiences. |
Now, don’t let the “Couple’s Retreat” or mentions of romantic decor turn you off. You don’t have to be a couple to enjoy these little treats. It’s actually perfect for a Galentine’s Day outing!
The Garage Party connects two private spa suites so your group can access two sets of baths, infrared saunas, and rain showers.
Both Oakwell locations can host up to six people for a Garage Party. Pricing ranges from $450 to $649, depending on the booking.
If you want to throw a bigger bash, ask Oakwell about our private party options, which can accommodate more than six people. But get in touch with us soon: spots fill up quickly.
You don’t need to block off an entire weekend to enjoy a women’s spa retreat. Sometimes you just need an afternoon off with your favorite people, peace and quiet, and a done-for-you spa experience with zero hassle.
For your next girls’ day out in Denver, trade the hosting duties for robes and slippers at Oakwell. Come for the soak, settle into the conversation, and let the afternoon unfold.
Book a girls’ day with the Beer Therapy Ritual; for groups, choose the Garage Party.
Wear comfortable clothes for arriving and spending time in the taproom. Bring a swimsuit if you’d like to use it in the suite. Oakwell also provides robes and slippers for lounging or when you need to step out of your suite.
Not at all! Beer and alcohol are completely optional. Oakwell’s taproom offers other choices, including wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages. Everyone can choose what they enjoy without matching the rest of the group.
None of our baths contain drinkable beer or wine, alcohol, or yeast. Instead, our in-house herbalist crafts blends inspired by beer and wine ingredients. The beer bath uses hops, barley, and seasonal herbs. The wine bath uses grape skin powder, rose petals, tulsi, and oats.
You can choose either bath with any package at no extra cost. Let the team know your preference when you check in.
