Red Rock Canyon is a beautiful outdoor area located just a few minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs. It’s similar to Garden of the Gods but with less foot traffic.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is the highest zoo in the U.S. at an elevation of over 6,700 feet. It sits on a mountainside overlooking Colorado Springs, making for one of the most scenic zoos.

Exploring Mueller State Park is one of the best things to do near Colorado Springs for an adventure. The park covers over 5,000 acres of pristine forest and meadows with activities for everyone.
