This year, it’s on a Monday, but you can enjoy Cinco de Mayo events in Denver on Friday through Monday.

Cinco de Mayo at Museio de la Americas

When: May 2nd; 5 to 9 pm
Where: Museo de la Americas

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Museo de las Americas, a Latin American art museum.

Every first Friday of the month, the museum offers free admission for art, culture, and community. You can explore the museum's artworks, shop with local artists, and experience cultural programs.

Cinco de Mayo at Punch Bowl Social

When: May 2nd through 5th; 11 am to midnight
Where: Punch Bowl Social

Cost: Free entry; food and drink specials

Punch Bowl Social is one of Denver's most fun restaurants and bars with food, drinks, and games. Celebrate the holiday at their three-day fiesta this Cinco de Mayo weekend. Enjoy drink specials, free chips and salsa, and Latin music.

Cinco de Mayo Denver Festival

When: May 3rd & 4th; 10 am to 8 pm
Where: Civic Center Park

Cost: Free

Cinco de Mayo Denver is the oldest and largest festival in Denver. It’s one of the most fun, family-friendly ways to celebrate Mexican culture. Enjoy weekend-long events, contests, and entertainment.

With diverse food vendors, live performances across three stages, and local artisans selling unique goods, there’s something for all adults and children. There will even be a taco-eating contest, a low rider car show, and a chihuahua race! You can also bring leashed pets.

While the event offers free entry, there are costs for food, drinks, and some entertainment, including rides at the Children's Carnival.

Cinco de Mayo Community Parade

When: May 3rd; 11 am to 12 pm
Where:
Starts three blocks west of the City & County Building, goes through Downtown Denver, and ends at the Civic Center Park

Cost: Free entry; vendor prices vary

The Cinco de Mayo Community Parade is a part of the festival, so if you go to the festival on Saturday, May 3rd, you can experience both. The parade will include cultural floats, performers, and local businesses.

The parade will start three blocks west of the City & County Building, wind through downtown Denver, and end at Denver’s Civic Center Park, where the Cinco de Mayo Festival is. You can also hang out in the Downtown Area to watch the parade if you want to skip the festival.

Cinco de Mayo Run

When: May 3rd; 7:30 am
Where:
Piney Creek Hollow Park, Centennial, CO

Cost: $32.80 to $52.94

Get active at the Cinco de Mayo Run with a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or 1-mile family run. You can join to run or walk for fun or fitness. This race is all about pushing limits and embracing the spirit of overcoming challenges, just like the holiday itself.

Race tickets include a swag bag with a running t-shirt, finisher's towel, and medal.

Cinco de Mayo Festival

When: May 4th & 5th; 10 am to 11 pm
Where:
ViewHouse

Cost: Drink and food costs vary

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Denver at ViewHouse, a vibrant restaurant and bar in Downtown Denver.

This weekend-long event is offering margarita specials, delicious food, and courtyard games. It's the perfect spot to get together with friends for the holiday!

Denver Cinco de Mayo Bar Crawl

When: May 5th; 1 to 8 pm (check-in ends at 4 pm)
Where: The Passport (bar)

Cost: $0 to $19.99, depending on when you purchase your ticket

Join the Denver Cinco de Mayo Bar Crawl and hop from one fun place to another. Get festive while indulging in delicious tacos, refreshing margaritas, and live music.

You’ll check in at The Passport and then be on your way to your other stops. Tickets include free entry into some of Denver’s best bars, one shot and taco, and drink specials.
