The Fox Run Café opened in March 2020 and has been serving up tasty breakfast and lunch fare ever since. They concentrate on simple brunch favorites done the right way. Make sure to check out their huevos rancheros and Fox Run Burrito, a burrito loaded with all your favorite breakfast items. They do a selection of classic breakfast cocktails along with newer ones like cold brew whiskey. This cozy cafe is quite popular and doesn’t take reservations, so make sure to arrive early if you’ve got a larger group.

Stowaway Kitchen

If you’re looking for an eclectic brunch menu, look no further than Stowaway Kitchen. They have a nice variety of fresh baked goods, but the real draw is the Japanese-inspired dishes. Check out their oyako-don if you want a traditional Japanese donburi bowl. The Colorful Colorado is a fan favorite. It features a smashed potato, Beeler’s ham, pickled radishes, greens, asparagus, and poached eggs. Stowaway Kitchen accepts reservations (though they are not required) and also hosts private events.

If you want more bacon in your brunch, you’ve found the right place. Bacon Social House has a bacon-forward menu that features bacon flights and bacon and chocolate chip pancakes. This place takes its bacon seriously and diners can tell. The original Sunnyside location opened in 2015, but there are now locations on South Broadway in Denver and in Littleton.
