Everybody loves a weekend brunch. But there’s something extra indulgent about a weekday brunch. It’s a great way to start the day when you’re on vacation. When you want weekday brunch Denver has lots of options. In this guide we cover some of the best spots in Denver to get brunch on a weekday along with the ultimate post-brunch relaxation experience.

Stowaway Kitchen

Hours: Thursday to Monday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM (closed Tuesday and Wednesday)

If you’re looking for an eclectic brunch menu, look no further than Stowaway Kitchen. They have a nice variety of fresh baked goods, but the real draw is the Japanese-inspired dishes. Check out their oyako-don if you want a traditional Japanese donburi bowl. The Colorful Colorado is a fan favorite. It features a smashed potato, Beeler’s ham, pickled radishes, greens, asparagus, and poached eggs. Stowaway Kitchen accepts reservations (though they are not required) and also hosts private events.

Bacon Social House

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM (closed Tuesday); Friday to Sunday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

If you want more bacon in your brunch, you’ve found the right place. Bacon Social House has a bacon-forward menu that features bacon flights and bacon and chocolate chip pancakes. This place takes its bacon seriously and diners can tell. The original Sunnyside location opened in 2015, but there are now locations on South Broadway in Denver and in Littleton. (The menus vary somewhat by location.)

Wilde

Hours: Thursday-Sunday 10:00 AM-3:00 PM

Brunch at Wilde features Southern California coastal inspired dishes. If you like crab cakes, you’ll love the Wilde Crab Cake Benedict. It’s packed with crab and topped with hollandaise sauce. They also have a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options including a crispy green chile cheese tamale plate and vegan breakfast burrito.

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Hours: 6:30 AM-2:30 AM every day

Sometimes the best brunch is also the most convenient one. Snooze, an A.M. Eatery has a handful of locations throughout Denver. They specialize in classic diner fare in a retro setting. People rave about the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes. Be sure to check out their seasonal menu for a rotating selection of dishes inspired by the time of year. They're committed to using responsibly sourced ingredients. That means you get good tasting food that you can feel good about.

Four Friends Kitchen

If you want a contemporary American take on Southern classics, look no further than Four Friends Kitchen. It’s the type of place where good friends gather for good coffee and even better eating. You’ll want to check out their Southern Fried Chicken and Waffle. Vegetarian entrees include their Mushroom-Sweet Potato Hash and Eggs. They also serve up a selection of overnight grits (with shrimp and sausage) that will satisfy your craving for a true taste of the South. The restaurant has a rooftop patio and is also available for private events.

Spending your pre- or post-brunch morning at Oakwell Beer Spa is the ultimate way to take your brunch day to the next level. The spa is conveniently located in the Five Points neighborhood of the city. Their signature Beer Bath Hydrotherapy experience allows you to relax in a cedar tub filled with a meticulously crafted blend of hops, barley, and herbs. And they have a taproom with a rotating selection of local craft beers along with wine and kombucha. It’s best to book a Beer Therapy Room ahead of time since slots fill quickly.
