Bring a bathing suit, unless you want to enjoy your room ‘au natural’. Shower products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash), cotton balls, cotton swabs, blow dryers, hair ties, hair brushes, and deodorant are readily available throughout the spa. Bath towels, sauna towels, robes, and slippers are also available in your room. If you need other goodies to feel comfortable, like face wipes or moisturizer, make sure to bring those with you. If you want to level up your experience, check out our in-room Beer Therapy Minibar containing a range of beer-infused cosmetic products for purchase.

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your time in the room may be reduced to ensure we can accommodate those booked after you. Reduced appointments due to late arrivals will still be charged at full value.

We prepare your Beer Therapy Room specifically for you! We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot join us for your scheduled reservation or 48 hours’ notice for Garage Parties and 72 hours’ notice for Double Garage Parties. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required hours’ notice will be charged the total amount of your reserved services to the credit card on file, plus 20% gratuity to compensate our staff for missed wages. Gift cards cannot be used for cancellation charges, and we do not provide refunds for cancellation charges.

Guests over 14 are welcome to experience our spa facilities and taproom. A parent or a legal guardian must accompany any person under 18 years.rnrnTo comply with liquor laws, only those 21 and up will be issued an RFID card to access our beer wall. Additionally, if one or more people in your group are under 21, we will not allow anyone in the group to bring beverages with them into the private Beer Therapy Rooms.

20% gratuity is customary.rnrnOur Beer Therapists and Spakeepers put great effort into providing top-notch customer service and a sparkling clean facility. As such, tipping 20%, as you would at a restaurant or traditional spa, is customary.rnrnWe’re a tip-sharing establishment, and all tips are split equally between all our employees working that day.rnrnUpon check-out, you’ll have the opportunity to add gratuity before finalizing your transaction.

Outside food and beverages, including snacks, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages, are prohibited within our facility. Outside cosmetic products, including face masks, essential oils, body oils, and body scrubs, are also prohibited from being used within our facility. For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Our team reserves the right to deny admittance to intoxicated patrons.

Oakwell Beer Spa guests can park for free in our paved parking lot located at 3057 N Marion St, Denver, CO 80205. Un-metered street parking can also be found on 30th Ave. Please do not park behind our building, as those spots are reserved for our neighbors and staff.
