Location: 1441 W 46th Ave Unit 19 (Sunny Side Neighborhood) 

Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 2 to 8 PM; Thursday through Sunday, 12 to 8 PM

Crooked Stave is one of the best breweries in Denver if you like a unique twist on beers. They have an unconventional approach to brewing, mixing art and science to make progressive beers. Their taps include specialty wild, sour, and barrel-aged beers.

The taproom feels homey, but there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a resident food truck, Egg Belly, serving delicious tacos, burritos, and their famous egg rolls.

Diebolt Brewing Company

Location: 3855 Mariposa St (Sunnyside Neighborhood)

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 4 to 10 PM; Friday, 2 to 10 PM; Saturday, 12 to 10 PM, & Sunday, 12 to 9 PM

Diebolt Brewing Company is one of the most unique bars in Denver because of its local vibe and laid-back atmosphere. Best of all, they have delicious French-inspired, award-winning beers.

There’s indoor and outdoor seating and frequent food trucks at Diebolt Brewing Company. There are also regular happenings, including holiday celebrations and beer release events.

Oakwell Beer Spa

Location: 3004 N Downing St (Five Points Neighborhood)

Hours: Daily, 8 AM to 10:30 PM

Oakwell Beer Spa is a taproom and day spa combined into one relaxing space where you can enjoy some of the best craft beer in Denver and a self-serve experience.

Every month, Oakwell Beer Spa features a local Colorado brewery and five of its best beers. You can use the self-serve beer wall to pour as little or as much as you’d like and only pay for the ounces you pour. The taproom is a tranquil space with comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding, sipping beer, and socializing.

Our Mutual Friend Brewing

Location: 2810 Larimer St (Five Points Neighborhood)
Hours: Daily, 11 AM to 10 PM

Our Mutual Friend Brewing is a small brewery and taproom with art-covered walls, creating a cool atmosphere. Enjoy a wide range of delicious beers, often made with local ingredients. 

Although Our Mutual Friend Brewing doesn’t serve food, PIT FIEND BBQ is located next door and pairs deliciously with beer. Our Mutual Friend Brewing also has a great selection of branded merch and regular events, including trivia and comedy shows.

Wynkoop Brewing Company

Location: 1634 18th St (Lower Downtown/LoDo)

Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM to 12 AM; Friday & Saturday, 11 AM to 1 AM

Appreciate Denver beer history at Wynkoop Brewing Company, Colorado’s first brewpub. Wynkoop has been brewing some of the most unique and delicious beers since 1988. Think gummy bears in beer!

Wynkoop Brewing Company serves brunch, lunch, and dinner with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There are also pool tables with free access on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Oskar Blues Grill & Brew

Location: 1624 Market St (Downtown Denver)

Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM to 10 PM; Friday & Saturday, 11 AM to 12 AM

Oskar Blues has been around since the late 90s, with several locations, including North Carolina, Texas, and Colorado. They’re known for the iconic Dale’s Pale Ale and other award-winning brews. 

The Oskar Blues Grill & Brew location is one of the best places for fun and beer in Denver. It’s in a modern saloon and serves Southern-influenced food and an expansive tap list. It’s also one of the best places in Denver to watch sports, and there’s an underground music venue downstairs.

Great Divide Brewing Company

Location: 2201 Arapahoe St (Downtown Denver)

Hours: Daily, 12 to 8 PM

Great Divide Brewing Company is Denver’s oldest and largest packing brewery. They pride themselves on creating beers of all styles with bold flavors. 

Great Divide Brewing Company’s original location and taproom has 16 taps of seasonal and year-round brews. Enjoy a fun atmosphere, food trucks, ample indoor seating, and an outdoor patio. 

You can also visit their other location, Great Divide Barrel Bar, in RiNo.

Cerveceria Colorado

Location: 1635 Platte St (Slightly north of Downtown Denver)

Hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 2 to 10 PM; Friday & Saturday, 11 AM to 11 PM; Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM

Cerveceria Colorado believes beer is inclusive, collaborative, and celebratory – which shows up in their use of Mexican ingredients, flavors, and processes for some of Denver’s most innovative beer. Their tagline is “bridges, not walls,” and they passionately brew their beer to be enjoyed by the community.

When you go to Cerveceria Colorado, you immediately catch on to the welcoming vibe. The space is also decorated with vibrant murals and artwork created by local artists and has ample indoor and outdoor seating and board games. Lady Justice Brewing Company

Hours: Monday & Tuesday, 3 to 8 PM; Wednesday & Thursday; 3 to 10 PM, Friday & Saturday, 12 to 10 PM, Sunday, 12 to 8 PM
