- Spice Trade Brewery & Kitchen has been brewing award-winning beer since 2008. Their stand-alone brewery and eclectic brewpub opened in 2020 in Greenwood Village, CO, just south of Denver.Â
- The brewery focuses on a different global cuisine every few months and serves various ingredient-driven, made-from-scratch food and beverages.
- Not only does the Spice Trade focus on new worlds of flavor, but they also brew all gluten-free beers.

Kolsch, 5.2% ABV
This Kolsch-style brew is a light, refreshing beer, perfect for pairing with a relaxing spa day. It’s made with lemon puree and black tea for easy drinking and offers a slight bitterness from the lemon at the end.

Little Umbrella
American Wheat Ale, 5.2% ABV
If you like fruit and flavorful beers, the Little Umbrella is perfect for you. This Wheat Ale is brewed with passion fruit and mango. It’s a tart, fruity, light-drinking beer you can’t help but love!

Gose, 5.2% ABV
The Scarlet Giant is an incredibly tasty gose made with coriander, Utah rock salt, key lime, and hibiscus for a tart, refreshing beer and a beautiful red hue. We love this yummy beer with a spa treatment!

Sun Temple IPA
New England IPA, 6.5% ABV
Take your spa day up a notch with this juicy wet-hopped IPA. The Sun Temple IPA has a hoppy aroma with notes of mango, candy, and citrus fruit and pours hazy.Â

Chai Milk Stout
Milk Stout, 5.2% ABV
Another Spice Trade Brewing beer that’s hard not to love is the Chai Milk Stout. It’s brewed with a house blend of Nepalese chai tea spices and lactose (milk sugars). It offers notes of rich chocolate, chai spiciness, and smoothness from the lactose.

April’s Beer Bath Blend at Oakwell Beer Spa
Oakwell Beer Spa’s Beer Bath Hydrotherapy is the signature treatment where you can enjoy a bubbly beer bath. The cedar hydrotherapy tub has thousands of calming bubbles and a crafted blend of beneficial herbs, hops, and barley.
The relaxing herbal beer bath blend contains vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants, offering various wellness benefits. April’s beer bath uses Pacific Jade, Mosaic, and Cascade Hops with Crystal Medium Barley Malt from Spice Trade Brewing’s Sun Temple IPA. The blend also has our herb of the month, Rosemary Leaf.
This perfect combination protects the skin against environmental aggressors and premature aging. It also has inflammatory properties that ease aches and pains. The aroma of this beer bath blend also helps reduce stress and calm the mind.Â

Can I really drink beer during my spa treatments?
Absolutely! You can relax in your private Beer Therapyâ„¢ Room while enjoying a Spice Trade Brewing beer. The only place we ask that you not take your beverage is the Relaxation Lounge, where you can enjoy a Zero Gravity Massage.
What spa services do you offer anyways?
We aren’t your traditional day spa and offer unique services, including the Beer Bath Hydrotherapy, Infrared Sauna, and Zero Gravity Massage.Â
Your private Beer Therapyâ„¢ Room has a relaxation deck, rain shower, infrared sauna, and cedar hydrotherapy tub.
Oakwell Beer Spa also has group and party spa day packages.
How does the self-serve beer wall work?
One of the most unique features at Oakwell Beer Spa is the self-serve beer wall.Â
You can enjoy as much or little beer as you’d like by following these simple steps:
- When you arrive, you’ll get a card you can scan to unlock the taps on the beverage wall.
- Browse the rotating selection of Spice Trade Brewing beers. You’ll also find wine and cider. On the beer wall, you’ll see tasting notes and the price per ounce for each drink.
- Choose your beverage, scan your card, and pour any amount you’d like.
- When you’re ready to check out, you can take your card to the reception desk to pay for the ounces poured.
Can I just stop by for a beer without a spa treatment?
Please do! We invite anyone to stop by and enjoy a beverage, whether you have an appointment or not. Our cozy taproom oasis is an excellent space to kick back, unwind, and have a drink or a few.
Does Oakwell Beer Spa have anything else to drink besides beer?
Yes, we offer a selection of beverages. We know beer is everyone’s thing, or sometimes you’re in the mood for something else. That’s why we also have wine, cider, tea, and kombucha.
Can I hang out in the taproom before and after my treatments?
Of course! Guests are welcome to hang out in the taproom. Feel free to come early and/or stay after your spa treatments.Â
