• Breckenridge Brewery opened in 1990, and it’s the third-oldest craft brewery in Colorado.
• It started as a small brewery owned by a few ski enthusiasts who wanted good beer after a day on the slopes. Over the years, they’ve also opened locations in Littleton and Fort Collins, CO.
• In 2016, Breckenridge Brewery joined the Craft Brewers Collective, a group of craft breweries.
• Breckenridge Brewery is one of Colorado's most popular breweries and sends beer to 48 states.
• With a passion for sustainability, the brewery strives to save water and energy and create as little waste as possible. Efforts include a vapor condenser water system, a recycling program, and solar power.

Funslinger Lager

American-style Lager, 4.5% ABV

The Funslinger Lager is a collaboration with Never Summer Brewing Co. It’s a light, easy-drinking beer that’s crisp and refreshing, perfect for slowly sipping or enjoying a few during your spa day. The Funslinger Lager features subtle notes of malty sweetness complemented by a balanced, dry-hopped finish.

Palisade Peach Wheat

Hazy Wheat Ale, 5.3% ABV

The Palisade Peach Wheat is a hazy, unfiltered American wheat ale infused with peaches from orchards in Palisade, Colorado. It offers a fresh, juicy, fruit-forward flavor for a refreshing experience.

Juice Drop Hazy IPA

Hazy IPA, 7% ABV

Take your spa day up a notch with the Juice Drop Hazy IPA. Enjoy a soft, lush texture and a juicy flavor with tropical and citrus hop notes. The Juice Drop Hazy IPA uses the experimental HBC 472 hop, which enhances the tropical layers without adding bitterness.

Avalanche Amber Ale

Amber Ale, 5% ABV

The Avalanche Amber Ale is a balanced and approachable beer that blends pale, caramel, and chocolate malts to create a smooth, malty flavor profile. The caramel malts offer subtle sweetness with hints of toffee, perfectly complemented by light chocolate undertones. A mild touch of bittering hops provides a crisp, clean finish.

Christmas Ale

Amber Ale, 7.1% ABV

Get into the holiday spirit while sipping the Christmas Ale, a seasonal winter warmer with a full-bodied mouthfeel and a clean, slightly crisp finish. Although its ABV is high, it’s smooth and easy to drink while enjoying your spa day.

At Oakwell Beer Spa, you can enjoy the ultimate relaxation with refreshing beverages and unique spa treatments.

When you book a spa day, you get access to a private spa suite known as a Beer Therapy™ Room, which can accommodate up to two people. You can also reserve multiple rooms if you have a larger group.

Each Beer Therapy™ Room offers the following:

• Infrared Sauna - Infrared waves will help you sweat and detox while you sit back in the sauna, helping you release toxins and reset your mind and body
• Rain Shower - A cold rain shower after the sauna will help you prepare for the beer bath, followed by a warm cleansing shower
• Beer Bath Hydrotherapy - A cedar tub filled with warm, bubbly water infused with a healing blend of herbs and beneficial beer ingredients, hops and barley, offers many benefits, including radiant skin and muscle relaxation

After your Beer Therapy™ Room session, you can use the vanity room to freshen up. You may also extend your spa day and enjoy a Zero Gravity Massage in the Relaxation Lounge.

Can I really drink beer during my spa treatments?

We believe beer and other refreshing beverages help make your spa day extra relaxing and welcome you to drink during your treatments. When you arrive, you’ll get an insulated stainless steel tumbler to keep your drinks cold while you sip throughout your spa day.

The only place we ask you not to take drinks is the Relaxation Lounge, where you can treat yourself to a Zero Gravity Massage.

What spa services does Oakwell Beer Spa offer?

Oakwell Beer Spa isn’t your traditional day spa with manicures and pedicures. It offers unique services, including Beer Bath Hydrotherapy, an Infrared Sauna, and a Zero Gravity Massage experience.

Whether you’re looking to enjoy a spa day with a friend, your significant other, or a large group, we have various packages with something for everyone.

How does the self-serve beer wall work?

Oakwell Beer Spa is one of the best places in Denver for self-serve beer. When you arrive, a receptionist will walk you through the following process: 

1. Use the scan card you’ll get when you arrive to unlock the taps.
2. Browse the taps with Breckenridge Brewery’s beers. There’s also wine, cider, tea, and kombucha. Each drink will show tasting notes and the price per ounce.
3. Choose your drink, scan your card, and pour as little or as much as you’d like.
4. When you’re ready to check out, take your scan card to the front desk to pay for the ounces poured during your spa day.

Can I just stop by for a beer without a spa treatment?

Please do! We love for guests to stop by with or without a spa treatment. The cozy taproom is the perfect space to hang out and enjoy a few drinks.

Does Oakwell Beer Spa have anything else to drink besides beer?

Yes! We understand beer isn’t everyone’s thing, or sometimes you’re up for something else. That’s why we also have water, cider, tea, wine, and kombucha.

Can I hang out in the taproom before and after my treatments?

You’re welcome to spend as much time as you’d like in the taproom. Feel free to come early and/or stay after your spa treatments to kick back and have some drinks.
